Returns & cancellations
Chemical products need a final returns policy reviewed against UK consumer law and safe-carriage requirements before launch.
Cancellation
The owner can cancel an order in the dashboard. Captured Stripe payments are refunded and the customer receives a Resend notification.
Opened chemicals
Do not ask customers to post opened or unsafe chemical containers without an approved returns process and carrier.
